This especially rare example of LaFerrari was built in 2015 and has only 58 delivery miles on the odometer. Finished in classic Rosso Corsa Red with a Nero (black) roof, this LaFerrari has a rare red leather and carbon fiber trimmed interior. The LaFerrari uses a carbon-fiber monocoque chassis structure which results in a vehicle which weighs less than 3,500 lbs. The LaFerrari is also the first Ferrari since the 1973 Dino 308 GT4 to have been designed by its in-house design team, rather than by Pininfarina.

The hybrid powertrain is based upon Formula 1 racing technology and consists of a conventional 6.3 Liter V-12 789 HP engine and a 161 HP KERS unit (kinetic energy recovery system) which will provide short bursts of extra power for a total of 950 HP. The KERS system is charged by energy that is generated while braking. This hybrid power unit is mated to Ferrari's 7-speed F1 paddle shift transmission, which is regarded by many to be the best performance automotive transmission in the world.

As to performance, Ferrari will only say that the LaFerrari's top speed exceeds 220 MPH (350 km/h), will go from 100 km/h (0-62 MPH) in under 3 seconds, 200 km/h (0-124 MPH) in under 7 seconds, 300 km/h (0-186 MPH) in under 15 seconds. It has also lapped Ferrari's Fiorano Test Circuit in 1:19.70, faster than any other road-legal car Ferrari has ever built.
