Thompson Thrift Named One of Indiana's Largest Commercial Real Estate Developers for Third Consecutive Year

INDIANAPOLIS, June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company and one of the nation's leading multifamily developers, has ranked fourth on Indiana Business Journal's Largest Commercial Real Estate Developers list for 2025. This marks the firm's third consecutive appearance, following a fourth place ranking in 2024 and seventh in 2023.

The IBJ ranking is for Indianapolis-area firms based on total square feet completed or under construction in 2024. For Thompson Thrift, that amounted to more than 13.5 million square feet of developments across 10 states, with 89% representing multifamily developments, 7% were retail properties and the remaining 4% were industrial developments.
