Thousands of Prom Dresses Later, Golden Asp Celebrates 45 Years

BENSALEM, Pa., Jan. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Asp, the only store in the United States that is 100% prom, is celebrating their 45^th Anniversary by holding a contest on Instagram to give away three $450 gift certificates to Golden Asp during February, March, and April. To participate in the contest, girls simply need to post a picture in their favorite prom dress on Instagram, mention @goldenasp in the post, and use the hash tag #GoldenAspProm. One winner will randomly be selected during each month.

In 1969, Golden Asp opened their doors as a clothing boutique selling everything from jeans to prom dresses. Over the years they began to focus on becoming a leading formal wear retailer, and in 2007, chose to exclusively sell prom dresses both in-store and online.
