Three Lease Deals Bring 120 And 150 Presidential Way In Woburn, Mass. To 95 Percent Occupancy

BOSTON, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern | RBJ today announces the firm brokered three leases on behalf of National Development at MetroNorth Corporate Center, located at 120 and 150 Presidential Way in Woburn, Massachusetts, approximately 12 miles northwest of Boston. The leases, totaling 26,784 square feet, bring the buildings to more than 95 percent occupancy. Transwestern | RBJ Partners Brian McKenzie and James Lipscomb, along with Leasing Associate Kirk Weller, represented the building ownership in the transactions.

• ExamWorks Inc. leased 16,993 square feet at 150 Presidential Way. The independent medical examination services provider was represented by CBRE/New England.
• YASH Technologies, a leading technology services and outsourcing partner for global companies, renewed a 4,074-square-foot lease at 150 Presidential Way. The company was represented internally.
• Eastern Real Estate LLC, a privately held commercial real estate firm, renewed its lease for 5,717 square feet at 120 Presidential Way. The company was represented internally.

MetroNorth Corporate Center is part of a 1.2 million-square-foot, master-planned campus. The Route 128 North submarket consists of 26 million square feet of office space, which was 15.8 percent vacant at the end of first quarter 2014, according to research by Transwestern | RBJ.
