David is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. His Diplomate rank with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) certifies he has tried over 100 civil jury trials to verdict as lead trial counsel.
