Car simulation intelligent cockpit: full range of operation and audio-visual experience
This year Tianma is demonstrating an intelligent luxury car cockpit simulator which features a variety of Tianma's automotive displays. The streamlined appearance combined with Tianma's high-tech on-board displays has amazed many visitors. The featured displays include: Tianma's T-type intelligent cockpit display screen, which has an attractive appearance with flexible design, high display performance and low power consumption for high energy efficiency. As a product developed by Tianma's six core technologies (profile technology, surface technology, grid chip integration technology, optical alignment technology, local dimming technology and four-color energy-saving technology), this display demonstrates Tianma's strength in the design of vehicle displays and incorporates Tianma's six core technologies (freeform shaped displays, curved displays, ASG, photo alignment technology, local dimming, RGBW). In addition, the analog intelligent cockpit is equipped with an adjustable head-up (HUD) display and an intelligent rearview mirror display. The high transmittance and high contrast characteristics of the HUD display enable drivers to clearly see the vehicle information and road conditions on the front windshield. The intelligent rearview mirror display brings more display and operation space for the front cockpit due to its high contrast (1400:1), high color gamut (100%) and touch performance.
Ultra - narrow frame special shape displays:
The 12.3-inch a-Si automotive special-shaped display emulates the shape of the traditional automotive dashboard, and the hollow space above the display allows the possibility of embedding additional intelligent auxiliary devices (such as smart cameras). Tianma has the ability to provide additional special screen options based upon customer requirements.

Full reflection wearable devices:
Tianma exhibited a smart watch display featuring a 1.2" full reflection circular display, using 1.2-inch AA (Active Area) pure circle design and innovative panel design. As the first smart watch display screen with an ultra-narrow frame and 0.5mm ultra-fine circular hole in the center, its technical difficulty is far from that of the product with 2mm aperture on the market. At the same time, the low power consumption of this display can greatly improve the standby time of smart wearable products, and reflectivity greater than 25% ensures the display is viewable in bright sunlight.
Waterproof and glove sensitive touch displays:
Tianma is also demonstrating displays that are waterproof and touch capable even when operators are wearing gloves.These displays are ideal for use in industrial control applications. The waterproof and glove sensitive touch displays are achieved by combining capacitive touch integration and optical bonding technology. Even if the user wears thick gloves or the screen is operated in a damp, humid environment, the operator can still achieve precise touch action, which greatly improves the display functionality and user experience.
The Embedded World exhibition focuses on the European industrial control market, Tianma offers a series of different size displays (ranging from 7-inch to 21.5-inch) that are waterproof, glove-touch capable, and provide customers with a full range of One-stop Shop solutions.
Smart modules
Tianma is also exhibiting a Smart Module with user-friendly UI interface, using the Android 6.0 operating system, touch function, WIFI module, Bluetooth module, speaker, audio, video and other functions. These capabilities demonstrate the comprehensive strength of Tianma's display capabilities not only in providing a complete display module equipped with touch screen and other hardware, but also in providing the necessary software such as UI design.
Medical vision:
Intelligent and large displays
The emergence of intelligent medicine, requires intelligent, high end, large displays. Tianma offers a 30-inch 6MC, high contrast, high brightness display featuring luminance of 1000 cd/m2. The display significantly improves the anti-reflection in high bright environments, improves contrast, and enhances the readability iof images and details shown on the display. At the same time, Tianma's proprietary SFT2 technology has improved the display contrast by about 30% as compared with Tianma's traditional 21.3-inch 3-megapixel display, ultra-high-density image quality of the 30-inch 6MC display. This enables the information to be displayed on a single screen, thus making it very suitable for medical diagnosis applications and supporting the information requirements of intelligent medical devices.

Transparent AMOLED display:
The 10.3-inch AMOLED product using oxide technology exhibited by Tianma has a transparency of up to 50%, high brightness, RGB full color and 91 ppi. With excellent display performance, this transparent AMOLED display can be used in the smart home appliances and the advertising machine market, while laying the foundation for the wide application of transparent display in smart home, smart car and other professional markets.
Printing AMOLED display:
Tianma has successfully developed 403ppi 4.92-inch AMOLED products based on inkjet printing technology (jointly developed with Guangdong Juhua Printing and Display Technology Co., Ltd.). With the continuous innovation and development of this technology, Tianma will improve our AMOLED technology with higher resolution and the terminal applications for printing.
