CORONA, Calif., July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- By order of the Secured Creditor, Tiger Group's Remarketing Services Division will be auctioning a complete bottling plant in Corona previously operated by Bottled Water Media, Inc.

Scheduled for 10:30 a.m. (PT) on July 10, the live webcast auction on BidSpotter.com will offer the bankrupt company's water purification, bottling and packaging line, as well as warehouse/material handling equipment, and office furniture and equipment. The bottling line and associated assets are being offered as a complete package, as well as individually. Bidders interested in operating the 61,000-square-foot plant as a going concern can also lease the facility at favorable rental terms.

A preview of the assets being auctioned will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, July 8 and 9, at the plant, which is located at 1160 S. Railroad Street, Corona, Calif.

"This is an ideal opportunity for companies that bottle water, energy drinks and flavored beverages to acquire a 'like-new' 600-bottle-per-minute PET bottling line," said Jeff Tanenbaum, President of Tiger Group's Remarketing Services Division. "According to former company sources, this line ran at limited volume and shifts, and it shows; the line is in immaculate condition. Whether interested in components or the entire system, bottlers interested in expanding or upgrading a system cannot go wrong with this equipment."

The list of assets on the auction block includes a full complement of filling, packaging, pre-treatment, water softening, warehouse and material handling equipment; conveyor systems; stainless tanks; a modular cleanroom; executive, conference room and reception area furniture; and computers, printers and other office equipment.

Bottled Water Media, Inc. voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection in May 2012 in the California Central Bankruptcy Court (case number 6:12-bk-24815).  The sale is on behalf of the Secured Creditor, who was granted relief from the automatic stay, and is being conducted pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
