HILLIARD, Ohio, April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tigre S.A. Brazil (Tigre) and Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) entered into a new joint venture, forming Tigre-ADS USA Inc. on April 7th, 2014. The Company will manufacture and sell PVC fittings for Waterworks, Plumbing, and HVAC applications, primarily serving the U.S. and Canadian markets. The new joint venture represents a continuation of the existing activities of Tigre USA through its Janesville, Wisconsin manufacturing facility.
