Timothy D. Matlack Named President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Solutions & Technologies, Inc.

RESTON, Va., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Solutions & Technologies, Inc., a fast-growing provider of federal financial management systems, IT services and consulting to the U.S. Government, today announced that Timothy D. Matlack has been appointed the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Matlack succeeds Delta Solutions' founder and previous CEO Jeff Elms, who remains with the firm as Chairman. Matlack will assume full operational responsibility for the company, effective immediately.

Matlack comes to Delta Solutions with over 30 years of experience in consulting and technology-related professional services. He most recently served as Chief Executive of Wipro Consulting, the global consulting arm of India-based Wipro Ltd., and he also served as Chief Executive of Wipro's global energy and utilities business. Earlier, Matlack held significant leadership roles at Fairfax, Va.-based American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS - now part of CGI), where he founded AMS' federal financial systems practice and built its substantial presence in the federal financial management market.
