TIO Networks Expands Bill Payment Services into Louisiana Through Partnership With City of Ruston

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TIO Networks Corp., (TSX-V: TNC) ("TIO") North America's leading bill pay technology provider today announced it will expand its bill pay kiosk program into the State of Louisiana through a joint partnership with the City of Ruston and Cayenta (a division of Harris Computer Systems). The partnership will support the launch of the City of Ruston's first pre-paid utility payments program.

Cayenta provided the prepaid utilities module and TIO Networks provided the self-serve bill pay kiosks to implement the new program. The payment gateway is operated by Harris Computer, one of the largest providers of financial management software solutions.

"City of Ruston residents will now be able to make utility payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the two automated kiosks using cash, credit, debit or check," said Darrell Caraway, Public Utilities Manager for the City of Ruston. "The bill payment kiosks will reduce line ups, alleviate pressure on our staff, and make the customer service process much more efficient for our clients."
