With Title!Snap's access to a Seller Net Sheet calculator and a Title Rates and Fees calculator for both Purchase and Refinance transactions, real estate professionals and loan officers can help their clients instantly determine closing fees, title insurance premiums, recording fees and government transfer fees so that they know exactly what to expect at the closing table.
