Title Resources Executive Paul McNutt, Jr., Receives Prestigious Award from Texas Land Title Association

DALLAS, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul McNutt Jr., the executive vice president and general counsel at Title Resources Guaranty Company ("Title Resources"), a subsidiary of Title Resource Group, recently received the esteemed Professional Excellence Award by The Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). The award recognizes those in the title industry who make a difference behind the scenes and highlights their extraordinary achievement.  Winners of this award are nominated by co-workers or peers to the TLTA, one of Texas' oldest trade associations.

McNutt has served for over 23 years at Title Resources. As underwriting counsel, he helps title agents find ways to close transactions safely. He is also an educator who shares his deep understanding of the real estate industry by teaching escrow and real estate agent classes. In the past several years, Paul has been influential in expanding Title Resources' underwriting capabilities beyond the borders of Texas into some 27 states and the District of Columbia.

He also loves spending time with Barbara, his wife of 49 years, and playing with his seven grandchildren.
