With the Wirkn app, candidates can easily locate job opportunities nearby with the phone's GPS and apply remotely via dynamic videos that allow candidates to showcase their personal brand. Wirkn already has over 1,200 store listings in the platform across North America and is seeing hundreds of candidates sign up and applying for retail and service jobs daily.

Szeto also announced Wirkn will provide short-term contract positions with the startup itself to one ambassador from each of the 133 Target stores to help execute the "Wirkn for Target Staff" program locally.
