The bank promised US$432.5 million in lending and other payments to end a lawsuit accusing the bank of discriminatory lending practices in Memphis, Tennessee. Memphis and Shelby County filed a lawsuit in 2010 against Wells Fargo, accusing the bank of targeting African-American neighborhoods for predatory loans. Shares of the company are up over 9% so far this year and jumped over 12% over the past one year. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has been moving within a range of US$22.58 to US$34.59. As per the latest dividend of 22 cents a share, the stock has a dividend yield of 2.93%. Last week, Delta Air Lines provided further updates on its deal with Saudi Arabia and confirmed that the company's partnership with Saudi Arabia's national airline is meant to be more transparent than earlier announced. Shares of the company are up over 26% so far this year and rose over 5% over the past one year. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has been moving within a range of US$6.41 to US$12.25.
