Togán Labs Joins New Frontiers Enterprise Development Programme

Togán Labs Ltd., a boutique consultancy based in Ireland and the UK, announced today that it has been accepted into the Limerick Institute of Technology's prestigious startup accelerator, the New Frontiers Enterprise Development Programme. As part of joining the LIT incubator, Togán Labs will move its corporate headquarters from Cork to Limerick to better facilitate collaboration with New Frontiers programme mentors who specialize in bringing products to market. They will also lend their expertise to other portfolio companies within LIT's co-located accelerators, such as the ACORN Research Centre which focuses on building companies in the energy, renewables, controls, monitoring, waste and water sectors.

Togán Labs' flagship product, Oryx Linux, is slated for alpha release in early November 2018. Oryx Linux achieves this without requiring existing embedded Linux developers to re-skill as all development, including creation of container images, is based on existing workflows inherited from the Yocto Project."
