Top 10 States for Hidden Jobs

TRUMBULL, Conn., Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hidden Jobs App, the free website and iOS app that tracks hiring announcements and new job leads across the U.S. has published its 2nd annual top 10 list of states with the most 'hidden' jobs.

There is more to job search than just trolling employment websites. Job seekers also need to target companies in their state that are growing and expanding. Most of the companies found through our service, have yet to post these jobs online. So we consider them hidden. Some of the jobs are scheduled to be open in this quarter and throughout 2013.

HiddenJobsApp.com has been tracking these companies since the spring of 2011. This year's race was a close contest between several states. In the end Texas took the top spot. Last year's leader, California, dropped to 4th place.
