Admiral Fitzgerald brings significant experience in both military operations and business ventures, and is highly regarded as a visionary strategic thinker in the world of Naval Aviation and Joint Operations. During his distinguished career, Admiral Fitzgerald commanded Allied Joint Force Command Naples where he had operational responsibility for NATO missions in the Balkans, Iraq and the Mediterranean, and also served as the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe/Africa, responsible for providing overall command and operational control of U.S. Naval Forces in the European and African Command.
