Following COVID-19 and the normalization of remote work, the mobility risks facing employers have multiplied. Topia's latest Adapt survey, published in March 2022, found that 94% of employees believe they should be able to work from anywhere, so long as they get their work done. However, only one-third of employees say they report all work days outside their home jurisdiction.
