TORONTO, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- With Thanksgiving just a couple of weeks away, Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is preparing to express their thanks and appreciation to the community in which they thrive by participating in Fashion with Flare, an evening of beauty and style in support of the Paediatric Oncology Clinic at the Credit Valley Hospital. Fashion with Flare is on Thursday, October 13, 2011, at 6:30 pm, and takes place at the Le Treport Wedding & Convention Centre in Mississauga.
"Many of our clients are mothers and grandmothers, so the welfare of children has always been a primary concern to them. We echo this sentiment. The beauty-themed event is a perfect opportunity for Skin Vitality to express its dedication to giving back to our wonderful community," Eleanor Welsh, founder of Skin Vitality, states. "The Credit Valley Hospital is a public service that is integral to our community, and we want to be part of its improvement and expansion so it can help more children and adolescents in need."
The Credit Valley Hospital's Paediatric Oncology Clinic is currently undergoing an expansion to service double the number of patients over the next 3 years. Patients range from birth to 19 years old, with the average age of patients being 2 years old. A variety of health conditions are treated at the clinic.
Skin Vitality will be participating in Fashion with Flare as a Wine Sponsor and will also be offering beauty tips and information about their services. Tickets to the fundraiser event, which includes a lavish four-course meal and a fashion show featuring top designers, are $100 each. Tickets are available for purchase online at the Fashion with Flare website.
