Torrey Point Group Announces the Acquisition of Defigo Systems

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Torrey Point Group LLC – a leader in network architecture and professional services, has announced the acquisition of Defigo Systems LLC to help expand its core network and security capabilities.

Founded in 2007, Defigo Systems is led by four key principals: Jason Tesarz, Joe Richardson, Jacob Elziq and Justin Yentile. Their backgrounds include experience in network architecture engagements and security deployments. "We are very pleased to be part of the Torrey Point Group family. I think we will be a nice complement to Torrey Point's existing team and together, we can strengthen our leadership in the security space," states Jason Tesarz, former CTO and co-founder of Defigo Systems.

Jason Tesarz has over 15 years of networking experience and is highly regarded in the industry for his ability to successfully lead several large projects for SRX, UAC and SSLVPN. Jacob Elziq, co-founder of Defigo Systems, has an extensive technical background in security and web applications and has led several large access control projects. Joe Richardson has more than 15 years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on security, networking and consulting. Key projects for Joe include security assessments, security architecture and business analysis. Justin Yentile has over 15 years of industry experience and has an elaborate and broad NAC background. Justin has led many large 802.1x, RADIUS and NAC projects for large enterprises and governments.
