Total Licensing, Inc. Signs Lease for New Showroom Space at 230 West 39th Street in Manhattan's Fashion District
Showroom to feature SKECHERS Time Instruments
NEW YORK, July 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Apparel Group, Inc. ("TAG") (OTC Pink: TLAG) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Total Licensing, Inc. ("TLI"), has signed a five-year lease for new showroom space at 230 West 39th Street, located in the heart of Manhattan's Fashion District. The 1,850-square-foot space on the 6th floor will serve as TLI's primary East Coast showroom for SKECHERS Time Instruments, as well as additional licensed properties.
The new lease follows TAG's recent announcement of TLI's relationship with Glamm Industries, LLC, to develop and market SKECHERS Time Instruments, which will be available in retailers throughout the United States in Fall 2011.

TLI intends to move in to its new showroom in the coming weeks in anticipation of the upcoming August sales market.
Located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, 230 West 39th Street is a 16-story, 59,488-square-foot office building. Millennium Realty Group, LLC represented TLI in the lease transaction.
