In addition, he will lead a new venture, TOWN Creative LLC, a first-of-its-kind creative agency.

Lipman will serve as Chief Creative Officer for the initiative, which will focus on luxury real estate and real estate development clients worldwide. In joining the firm, Mr. Lipman will work exclusively with TOWN in the real estate space.
