WAYNE, N.J., Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Toys"R"Us, Inc. announced that starting Wednesday, September 9, it will lower the free shipping minimum required for online orders at Toysrus.com and Babiesrus.com from $49 to $19 (surcharges may apply on large/heavy items)^*.
