Tracx Redefines Social Sentiment Analysis with The Introduction of Sentity

NEW YORK, Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tracx, the leading next generation social enterprise platform, released version 5.0 last week. With the update comes advanced capabilities and features, most notably the introduction of Sentity, Tracx's cutting edge social sentiment analysis engine.

Now, if an entity is mentioned multiple times within a single piece of content, each mention will receive a unique sentiment classification – positive, negative, or neutral. In addition, a fourth layer has been added to the traditional sentiment scoring system, as posts can now be identified as representing mixed sentiment. As a result of these added layers, Sentity greatly improves sentiment classification accuracy.
