MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Feb. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, February 12, 2019, Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Tradebe, an international leader in sustainable waste management, completed the purchase of Aaron Oil Company, Inc. of Mobile, AL. The name of the new company is now Aaron Oil Company, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC.
Aaron Oil has provided high-quality environmental services to the Alabama and Gulf Coast region since 1981. The Company, which employs approximately 100 people, operates an oil collection and recycling facility in Saraland, AL with additional marine service operations in Mobile, AL and Berwick, LA.

In 1981, he founded Aaron Oil Company, a leader in the reclamation and recycling of petroleum products. He encouraged me, before his passing, to look for the next right fit for Aaron Oil. In the United States, Tradebe's network of facilities includes RCRA permitted TSDFs and regional service centers which are positioned throughout the country. Tradebe maintains a dedicated transportation fleet operating throughout this network to service its clients' diverse transport requirements. The Aaron Oil locations and fleet of equipment are geographically positioned to enhance Tradebe's network.
With this acquisition, Tradebe's service portfolio expands its geographical reach in Industrial and Field services, Used Oil collection and recycling, Petroleum (tank bottom) recycling as well as Maritime services. Along with these expanded capabilities, Tradebe gains the substantial experience and technical expertise of the Aaron Oil team.
