Trai Thien Announces Voluntary Move of Share-Trading Venue to OTC Link
LOS ANGELES, April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Trai Thien USA (OTC: TRTH), a Vietnam-based dry bulk shipping company specializing in providing ocean transportation services for raw material input items in Southeast Asia, today announced that it will voluntarily apply to change its share-trading venue from the OTC Bulletin Board to the OTC Link trading platform. Trai Thien's decision to move its common stock from the OTC Bulletin Board is part of the Company's larger plan aimed at reducing costs and improving its performance. The Company believes that this decision will allow shareholders of its common stock the continued ease of an active marketplace provided by the OTC electronic trading platform while affording the Company substantial savings in terms of management costs and professional fees on a quarterly and annual basis associated with the mandatory reporting requirements of the SEC. According to OTC Markets, "OTC Link supports an open network of competing broker-dealers that provide investors with the best prices in over 10,000 OTC securities." Trai Thien USA reaffirms its plan to continue providing the trading public with timely financial reports through OTC Markets in order to keep the market abreast of its business progress.
