Transfer Technology (TTIN.OB) Announces OPI Bed Bug Product Sold to Nation's Second Largest Drugstore Chain
OPI Bed Bug Killer now selling to nation's largest and second largest retail drug store chains; additional sales to be announced soon
TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TTI Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: TTIN) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Organic Products International (OPI), through its marketing partner Phillips Sales and Marketing, Inc., has been approved as a vendor and sold their Avenger Bed Bud Killer product to the nation's second largest drug store chain.
"We have seen a substantial growth in new business for the sales of Avengers Bed Bug killer in response to the bed bug crisis we have seen spread across the country and North America," said Brett Phillips, President of Phillips Sales and Marketing and a strategic marketing partner to TTI Corp. "The national exposure and almost nightly news reports on the bed bug epidemic has increased our business here at PSM almost ten -fold since the beginning of the year. We are making substantial headway in vendor and sales contracts with some of the largest Food/Drug retailers and distributors in the country. There seems to be no end in sight to the bed bug problem and our growth rate and market share should continue through the next few years," Phillips concluded.
Chris Trina, Chairman and CEO of TTI said, "Mr. Phillips has been working diligently on getting vendor numbers from these drug stores and online giants through his company PSM. This could blossom into something quite large fairly quickly for both of our companies as distributors and resellers for the avenger organic bed bug killer and other future products as well. This latest announcement comes on the heels of getting our product sold online at the largest retail drugstore chain in America. Our next step is to push towards filling their retail stores regionally where the epidemic and infestation is the worst then hopefully onward to a national roll out. Avenger Bed Bug Killer works and has a very refreshing aroma. That's the Bottom-line! I think we have only scratched the surface given the gravity of the bed bug problems and the intense national media attention following the infestations." Trina also stated, "The hysteria and awesome media coverage couldn't come at a better time as we diligently work to utilize this incredible exposure and leverage it into getting our bed bug products into major distribution channels and other national chains and larger box stores as well."
