FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Transworld M&A Advisors (Transworld) is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive intermediary in the successful recapitalization of GC Restoration (GC) by Osceola Capital, in partnership with GC's founders, Albert, Jorge, and Maria Cabada. The new entity will be called Fortify Restoration. This represents the 160^th sell-side closing in Florida for Transworld in 2025.

Headquartered in Miami, GC Restoration provides exterior structural restoration services in South Florida. The company's services include concrete restoration, building recertification assistance, waterproofing, weatherproofing, painting, and window, railing, and roof replacements, predominantly in high-rise condominiums and other commercial properties.
