TravelClick Launches GuestView360 at Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition & Conference (HITEC)

NEW YORK, June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TravelClick, a global provider of innovative cloud-based solutions that enable hotels to grow revenue, has launched GuestView360, an end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) and e-mail marketing solution. The solution is now available on the same powerful software as a service (SaaS) platform as the company's business intelligence tools, Hotelligence360, which is the only tool that enables hoteliers to aggregate all critical data – including Rate, Demand, Agency and now customer data – in one place to make more informed decisions.
GuestView360 allows hoteliers to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and drive more repeat business by providing easily accessible insights into their guests' stay patterns, revenue and market segment. It tracks email capture and channel performance, and allows users to execute highly targeted email campaigns so they can market better to their guests and find similar guests via direct marketing campaigns.
