Everstead will bring 284 new homesites, flexible ranch-style floorplans, and neighborhood amenities designed around the way homeowners live today, to a desirable location in North Raleigh.

Focused on main-floor living, offering second floor options, personalization and smart-home technology, Everstead features six different floorplans across two collections: The Grove and The Pines.
