(Nasdaq: TRIT), which provides turn-key water resources management, water and wastewater treatment, industrial safety and pollution control solutions, announced today that its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on September 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time (9:00 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, September 5, 2012) at our executive offices at 16th Floor of Tower B, Renji Plaza, 101 Jingshun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100102 China. At the meeting, the following proposals will be submitted for shareholder approval, as fully described in the proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and distributed to shareholders on August 6, 2012.
- Election of three Class III members of the Board of Directors of the Company;
- Ratification of the appointment of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012; and
- Transaction of any other business properly coming before the Annual Meeting.
