Additionally, TRIA features an Artisan Bench where chefs teach, demonstrate and engage guests as part of the nightly dining experience. TRIA offers uniquely-prepared American cuisine designed for sharing.
TRIA is Latin for "three joining as one" and with the new name and transformation to a modern and artistic hotel, The Henry's innovative dining outlet is designed to encourage guests to taste, savor and share the menu. Guests who dined at the award-winning Grill at The Ritz-Carlton will enjoy the new design of TRIA which includes communal tables, the custom-built Artisan Bench and all new furnishings. The seasonal American menu highlights local and sustainable foods and embraces the sharing and tasting of cuisine among diners.

TRIA will be open for breakfast on weekdays from 6:30 am-11:30 am and weekends from 6:30 am-noon; lunch will be served from 11:30 am-6:00 pm weekdays and noon-6:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm; and dinner will be available from 6:00pm-10:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Happy Hour at TRIA will be Monday-Saturday from 4pm-6 pm. TRIA also offers a special loyalty program to reward frequent diners.
