Triad Advisors Names Three New Executive Vice Presidents

ATLANTA, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Triad Advisors, Inc. ("Triad" or "the Firm"), today announced that Jeffrey L. Rosenthal has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Nathan M. Stibbs has been named Executive Vice President – National Business Development, and Roger Greenway has been named Executive Vice President – Business Operations Group. The promotions are effective April 1, 2015. Triad Advisors is a leading independent broker-dealer and SEC-Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) supporting independent hybrid financial advisory practices and RIA firms. Mr. Rosenthal will be responsible for products, marketing, partner relationships and advisory services. Since joining Triad in 2003, he has been instrumental in building relationships between Triad's affiliated advisors and the home office. Prior to joining Triad, he served as an estate planning specialist with Hartford Life and before that was an independent financial advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Stibbs will be responsible for branch development and expansion and advisor mergers and acquisitions. He Joined Triad in 2001 and rose to senior vice president, responsible for coordinating and implementing the efforts of the firm's marketing, advisor recruiting and transition departments. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Greenway will be responsible for technology, operations and compliance at Triad. He joined Triad in 2013 where he has been in charge of back-office operations, technology and advisor on-boarding. Before joining Triad, he was Vice President – Advisor Desktop Technology at SunTrust Investment Services and previously held operations positions at FSC Securities Corp, WMA Securities, Centennial Capital and Winsoft Software. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
