Trilogy Inc. Grows Insurance and Financial Services Division

AUSTIN, Texas, June 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilogy Inc. today announced the addition of two key hires for Trilogy's Insurance and Financial Services division, Christine Lascola and Sophia Broomfield. Ms. Lascola joins the sales team with a mandate to expand the reach of the Insurance and Financial Services (I&FS) division, and Ms. Broomfield will lead product management for the same group.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Ms. Lascola managed sales for the Callidus TrueComp Enterprise Incentive Compensation Solution with Fortune 500 accounts, including United Health Group, Allianz, Principal Financial, ABN Amro Bank, Unitrin/Kemper Insurance and BlueCross BlueShield. Her background in Enterprise sales is extensive, with experience selling financial solutions for Oracle and Siebel Systems. Ms. Lascola graduated from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Broomfield joins Trilogy from Oracle, where she was the Senior Director of Product Management for Fusion Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management applications. Prior to that, she led product management initiatives for a number of solutions in the incentive compensation, analytics and CRM space for companies including Callidus, Motiva (acquired by Siebel) and Corio (acquired by IBM). Ms. Broomfield graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
