Trilogy Innovations Acquires NRM Solutions to Expand Software Suite Designed for Natural Resource Management

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va., Jan. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilogy Innovations, Inc., a nationally recognized systems and software engineering company, has acquired West Virginia-based NRM Solutions to expand its software suite designed for natural resource management. The software provides total asset management of any natural resource with respect to minerals, revenue, mapping, taxes, valuations and document management, to name a few.

Both companies are headquartered in Bridgeport, W.Va., and have worked cooperatively on the software product. The NRM suite helps effectively manage natural resource assets through innovation, cutting edge technology, and superior customer service. NRM Solutions holds multiple patents and trademarks, and the acquisition was finalized on December 6.
