TriLumina Appoints John B. Kennedy As Chief Financial Officer
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Dec. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TriLumina (http://www.trilumina.com) today announced the appointment of John B. Kennedy as its Chief Financial Officer. The addition of John to the TriLumina team completes the C-Level leadership team by adding an experienced finance executive.
John Kennedy has over 25 years of diversified experience in the areas of finance and administration, with a proven track record with venture backed startup and growth stage companies in a variety of industries.
He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprocket Media, Inc. in Pasadena, California as well as SolarBridge Technologies, Inc., a start-up solar micro-inverter company. Prior to SolarBridge, Kennedy was VP of Finance and Administration for Primarion, Inc., a leading mixed signal digital power semiconductor company later acquired by Infineon Technologies. He has also served as Director of Finance at publicly traded ValueClick, Inc. where he headed up Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, as well as senior finance and executive positions at Hotpaper.com, Inc., which was sold to publicly traded GoAmerica, Inc., CBR Systems, Inc. and GameTek, Inc. There, he was an instrumental member of the leadership team that successfully completed the company's IPO. He has also provided consulting services in the areas of finance, human resources, fundraising and administration to numerous start-up companies. Kennedy, who began his career at KPMG, holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Elmira College in New York.
