Triunfo Reports 3Q14 and 9M14 Earnings Release

3Q14 and 9M14 Highlights

• Adjusted net revenue was R$ 304.2 million (+31.4%) in 3Q14 and R$ 1.0 billion (+48.3%) in 9M14.

• Consolidated traffic volume reached 20.9 million vehicle equivalents (-2.1%) in 3Q14 and 64.9 million vehicles (+2.6%) in 9M14.

• Container handling volume at Portonave reached 195,300 TEUs [1] (+3.8%) in 3Q14 and 524,600 TEUs in 9M14 (+0.6%).

• Assured energy sold totaled 230.8 GWh in 3Q14 (+40.6%) and 1,028.8 GWh in 9M14 (+124.3%).

• Viracopos Airport handled 2.6 million passengers (+11.3%) and 56,600 tons of cargo
  (-5.3%) in 3Q14.

• In 3Q14, adjusted EBITDA reached R$ 172.3 million (+44.7%), with Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 56.6% (+5.2 p.p.), while the corresponding numbers for 9M14 were R$660.2 million (+78.3 %) and 64.5%, (+10.8 p.p.).

• Dividend Calculation Base reached R$ 14.8 million.
