4Q14 and 2014 Highlights

• Adjusted net revenue reached R$293.0 million (+7.4%) in 4Q14 and R$1.3 billion (+36.7%) in 2014.
• Consolidated traffic: 87.1 million vehicle equivalents in 2014 (+1.2%) and 22.2 million vehicles in the quarter (-2.6%).
• Container handling volume at Portonave reached 699,800 TEUs[1], decreasing 0.8% in 2014 and 4.9% in the quarter.
• Assured energy sold totaled 1,262.3 GWh in 2014, up 67.4%
• Viracopos Airport handled 9.8 million passengers (+5.9%) in 2014 and 2.5 million (+3.2%) in 4Q14.
• The cargo terminal handled 223,300 tons of cargo (-7.5%) in 2014 and 57,000 tons (-3.8%) in 2014.
• Dividend calculation base reached R$107.2 million in 12M14.
