TRL Fills Two Newly Formed Management Positions

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Triangle Research Labs (TRL) recently Hired Maureen Bunger, PhD as the inaugural Technical Sales Manager and Katherine Witt as the first Head of Marketing. Dr. Bunger will expand TRL's relationships in the academic community and beyond, while Witt plans to bolster the biotech's reputation in the market as the leading provider of quality hepatocytes in the industry.

After receiving her PhD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Dr. Bunger developed an extensive background in bioanalytical and cell biology, focused on metabolism and toxicity research. Her history with hepatic products is expected to bring a higher level of insight to the sales department. "With years of bench-level experience using hepatocytes and HepaRG for multiple applications, as well as a PhD in toxicology, Maureen brings a new level of expertise to TRL," said Matt Sherman, Executive Director at TRL. Witt has a B.S. in Journalism & Mass Communication from North Carolina A & T State University.
