FAIRFAX, Va., April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, Inc., of Fairfax, Va., today announced that it has purchased the Encompass Design Build brand and various assets, and Troy Fenley, Encompass CEO and founder, has joined its team as a sales consultant.  

Fenley founded Encompass in 2002 after a successful career in the technology industry.  He is a native of Southern California and has made the Washington, DC, area his home since 1989.  Within five years, he grew Encompass to 19 employees, generating $3 million annually.  The firm, based in Vienna, VA, was recognized as "Contractor of the Year" five times between 2003 and 2009 by the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  Encompass will be phased out after honoring all of its existing liabilities, contracts, warranties and other agreements.
