Trucking Insurance Broker Interstate Motors Joins with Capacity Coverage of New Jersey

MAHWAH, N.J., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Capacity Coverage Company of New Jersey, named the 40th largest insurance broker in the US by Business Insurance magazine, announced that effective April 12, 2011, it has acquired the assets of Interstate Motor Carriers Agency.  The newly formed company, Interstate Motor Carriers/Capacity Agency, LLC, will serve as Capacity Coverage's Trucking Insurance Division.  Interstate will remain in its office in Freehold, New Jersey.  Interstate's principal Gary Weindorf will continue as the agency's president, CEO and will maintain an equity stake in the newly formed company.
