Leading Manufacturer JMAS, Inc. Licenses Naked Vapor - Hottest E-Cig Model In America
LOS ANGELES, June 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- True 2 Beauty, Inc., (Pinksheets:TRTB) (the "Company") (www.true2beautyinc.com), a leading distributor of male and female sexual potency pills and liquid products in the United States, is thrilled to announce a licensing agreement with JMAS, Inc. the manufacturer of the leading disposable electronic cigarette in America. JMAS currently distributes Square 82, the most popular disposable over-the-counter electronic cigarette. Square 82 is both superior in quality and design compared to everything else currently in the market. TRTB has been given exclusive rights to sell the same model of disposable electronic cigarette under the brand name Naked Vapor and will be specifically targeted at the female audience. Further, TRTB acquired the right to expand the Naked Vapor line to include a line of re-chargeable electronic cigarettes for men and women.

The license agreement calls for TRTB to have first right of refusal to purchase the Naked Vapor brand from JMAS within 24 months and TRTB will own the World Wide License Rights for 10 years with no volume requirement. TRTB will also own all of the URL's associated with the sales and marketing of Naked Vapor.
