True Partners Consulting LLC Announces Opening of Manhattan Office

NEW YORK, Nov. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- True Partners Consulting LLC announced today that it is expanding its Northeast presence into Manhattan.  The new office is located at Times Square Plaza, 1500 Broadway, on the 29^th Floor.

Previously, the firm's New York operations were headquartered on Long Island in the town of Melville. True Partners is now moving its Northeast hub into Manhattan to better manage growing business opportunities in the region, and to attract more top talent.

The Manhattan office will be led by a group of experienced tax professionals, with expertise in all areas of taxation, including:

• Federal and state tax consulting and compliance
• Tax Provision Services
  • FAS 109 – preparation, review and software implementation.
  • FIN 48
  • SOX 404
• Transfer pricing and international tax services

The Manhattan office will be led by several managing directors with "Big Four" backgrounds. The office will launch with six managing directors, which the leadership team expects to grow to more than 10 by 2012.

John V. Aksak will play an integral role in the expansion into New York City as he continues his position as True Partners' Regional Managing Director for the Northeast.

Gregg Dluginsky, who was previously managing director in the Long Island Office, along with Jay Graham, a recently hired Managing Director, will join John in NYC as part of the federal tax practice.

The three other Managing Directors have backgrounds in niche service areas and industries.  Dan Falk will head the Transfer Pricing practice in NYC, while Gerry Mangieri will head up the financial services group, and Ricky Propper will concentrate his efforts on tax services for insurance companies.
