TruHome Solutions Signs Seven-Year Contract for Black Knight Financial Services' LoanSphere MSP Servicing System

(NYSE: BKFS) announced today that TruHome Solutions, LLC, a credit union-owned, full-service mortgage company, servicer and subservicer headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, has signed a seven-year contract to service its client loans on Black Knight's leading mortgage servicing system, LoanSphere MSP.

MSP offers a single, comprehensive system used by financial institutions to service more than 30 million active loans. The solution helps clients manage all servicing processes -- from loan boarding and payment processing to escrow administration, default management and more. Black Knight's proven servicing experience, technology infrastructure, continual system updates to meet changing regulatory requirements and scalability will help accommodate TruHome Solutions' expected business growth and support its compliance efforts.
