LAS VEGAS, Jan. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Trump International Hotel™ Las Vegas has launched a total body fitness boot camp to complement its TRUMP® WELLNESS program in time for hotel guests with resolutions to get healthier in the new year. Participants will experience a challenging workout as they run alongside the canals of Venice, a pirate cove, and a rumbling volcano on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Guaranteed to test both men and women of all fitness levels, the 60-minute class is led by a certified trainer who will take guests through a variety of exercises with high intensity intervals designed to improve body composition, athletic performance, muscle endurance and strength. Should a guest forget to pack their own workout gear, the hotel's TRUMP® ATTACHE will provide complimentary use of fitness apparel and footwear along with an iPod Shuffle preloaded with TRUMP® CARD music genres, as part of the TRAVEL FIT Trump Wellness program. After the intense calorie burning session, guests may dine guilt-free on delicious and healthful choices from the Trump Wellness NOURISH in-suite dining menu, noting nutritional information and offering organic, low-fat and low sodium items under 300 calories, including the popular spinach and mushroom egg white scramble, with only two grams of fat and seven grams of sugar.
