TSG Solutions acquires High-Tech Services and Solutions Provider Delphi Research

SAN DIEGO, May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TSG Solutions Inc., a provider of Federal and Commercial security services and solutions, announced today that the company has acquired Delphi Research, Inc. based in San Diego, California.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Delphi Research, founded in 1994, is a high quality provider of information technology services and solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers in areas of cyber security, Information Assurance (IA), advanced 3D visualization, software and systems engineering.  Delphi's credentials augment TSG's core business of providing site visualization and digital mapping security solutions as well as security risk management and risk assessment services.  Delphi's extensive experience, including the development of software used for training and analysis, is synergistic with TSG's capabilities for training first responder and security personnel.
