TTK Partners, LLC Announces J.T. Battenberg, III As Advisory Board Member

DETROIT, Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TTK Partners, LLC announced today that J.T. Battenberg, III has joined the Firm's Advisory Board.  Mr. Battenberg will support the Firm's activities in the automotive sector, as well as provide strategic advice on the Firm's expansion and industry coverage.  The Firm is holding a private reception for industry executives and community leaders at the Detroit Athletic Club later this month to mark the event.

Mr. Battenberg has over 40 years of experience in executive-level positions in the automotive industry.  Mr. Battenberg most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Delphi Corporation.   Under his leadership, Delphi became an independent company in May 1999, ranking 57^th in the Fortune 500.  Prior to Delphi, Mr. Battenberg was an executive with General Motors, where his final assignment was Executive Vice President and President's Council Member.  Mr. Battenberg also held senior-level positions with Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac Group, Flint Luxury car division, the Opel Supervisory Board and the GM Continental Automotive Division in Belgium.  Mr. Battenberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.  Mr. Battenberg has served on the Boards of the Sara Lee Corporation, the J.P. Morgan Chase Advisory Board, First/Segway, and North Naples United Methodist Church.
