MUNICH and SAO PAULO, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TUEV SUED, one of the world's leading providers of testing, auditing, inspection and certification, training and consultancy services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of SFDK Laboratorio de Analise de Produtos Ltda (SFDK) in Brazil. This strategic move complements TUEV SUED's food laboratories in Europe and Asia Pacific, and highlights TUEV SUED's commitment to expand its international reach and service portfolio.

As the world's population continues to grow, food supply is becoming increasingly important.
