CAPE CORAL, Fla., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inc. (TGM), an independent provider of inspection, maintenance, and repair services for owners of steam and gas turbines, is now privately owned by its senior management team. David Branton, Robert Davis, and Todd Feeley purchased TGM from GFI Energy Ventures LLC.

David Branton, CEO, is a senior business executive with more than 37 years of expertise in the turbine business. He is a 1973 engineering graduate of UT Arlington, and has held senior executive positions in Westinghouse (now Siemens) and Wood Group. Branton has a strong passion for the business and a history of selecting excellent people who are highly motivated to build productive organizations. Branton's long career in the power generation business provides him with an extensive understanding of the service that generation customers expect.

Robert Davis, TGM's Chief Financial Officer since September 2008, is a senior financial executive with over 24 years of financial, operations, and management experience. He has significant experience in strategic planning, treasury management, and working with various boards of directors and executive committees. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Baylor University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Todd Feeley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been with TGM for over 17 years and has facilitated the company's growth in every aspect of the business. He has successfully grown the Latin American service market in the power generation and cogeneration industry.
