Boston agency will develop marketing plan to increase Tenerife tourism in 2017
NEEDHAM, Mass., Oct. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Traktek Partners, a digital marketing agency in Boston, announced today they have been re-awarded the contract as the official Office of Representation in North America for Turismo de Tenerife.
Cyril Lemaire, Managing Partner at Traktek Partners, said his firm will develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan to attract North-American travelers to the island of Tenerife.

The new campaign includes tour operator and travel agent outreach, educational programs and webinars, the Travel Alliance Travel Agent Academy, and a consumer focused marketing and communications plan that features ten highlights of things to do on Tenerife.
"Our hotels across the island are seeing approximately 17% growth in travelers in North America that stay in our premium and luxury hotels," said Pintado. Tenerife, the largest of Spain's Canary Islands boasts breadth of landscapes, natural beauty, and attractions from desert landscapes to lush green mountains to stunning seascapes. The highest peak in Spain, Mt. Teide, is the islands crown jewel and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Tenerife is known as the island of eternal spring with temperatures range from 70 degrees - 80 degrees year round. Since launching the 'Adventure On' marketing campaign the island has experienced a 21% increase in North American traveler's year-over-year since last November.
